Compensation
We have a performance-based compensation model. Your fee split will scale with the number of people you help and how well you’ve executed their rehab experience. While we value years of experience and understand how that contributes to delivering better care, Recharge intends to partner with practitioners who provide excellent care.
Bonuses

We have quarterly goal-setting meetings where we will identify your careers goals, create a plan to provide you with the skills or education needed to reach those goals and give you the opportunity to flex those skills.
Working Hours & Time Off
We understand that there are times to work and there are times to rest so we offer:

Mentorship Program
We have a mentorship framework, which is individualized to you, where we front load your time with the clinic owner to quickly get up to speed on our team’s approach to care. Check out a sample of our framework on our website.
We designate weekly time for continued learning around:
- Soft skills
- Clinical reasoning and diagnosis
- Exercise prescription
- Manual therapy
- Offering additional business and leadership skills quarterly
We will also provide access to courses covering clinical skills, caseload management, communication and more.
Yearly Education Budget
To further commit to the ongoing education of our team, we have bi-monthly clinical rounds and a yearly education budget of $1500, which includes travel costs, and scales based on tenure.
