Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy care across a range of orthopedic conditions
• Mentor and coach PTs, OT's, Chiro's, MD's, ATC's, rehab techs, and support staff to promote clinical growth and professional development
• Collaborate with OTs, ATs, Chiropractors, and MDs to ensure an integrated, team-based care model
• Lead and manage daily clinic operations, supporting both patient flow and team efficiency
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture rooted in accountability, communication, and consistent improvement
