Description

Cornerstone Health Center is a structural chiropractic and functional medicine practice that is on a mission to empower people in the Charlotte area and beyond to take back the responsibility of their health by equipping them with the knowledge and tools to allow the body to heal itself and obtain optimal health. Our team is passionate about teaching our patients how to be their own doctors by providing chiropractic services, functional nutrition expertise, and cellular healing therapies. The following are duties and obligations of Associate:

  • Marketing & Promotion / New Patient Attraction Process
    • Assist/Conduct In-office workshops
    • Manage Internal Marketing
    • Assist with outside marketing events as needed
  • Examination Process / New Patient Conversion Process
    • Perform Patient Consultation / Examination
    • Take Patient X-Rays
    • Perform Report of Findings / Recommendations for Care
  • Clinical / Patient Care
    • Adjusting using clear institute x-ray marking calculations and arthrostim, drop table, pettibon, and diversified
    • Conduct written and verbal X-ray reports and Re-exams
    • Recommend Ongoing Care
    • Recommend Therapy / Rehab based on current x-rays
  • Meetings, Training & Development
    • Participate in Team Meetings and trainings
    • Development / Attend Seminars as needed
    • Maintaining HIPPA regulations
    • Support and training of new and established employees, weekly meetings with team
    • Additional outside office self-training for furthering the advancement of your leadership, team management, functional nutrition, and is expected but not required

Compensation: 80k-100k (plus additional quarterly bonuses range from $4k-10k per year)

Health Benefits Stipend: $1200/yr

PTO: 80 hours per year, 3 sick days, 3 bereavement days

Malpractice coverage: up to $1000 per year
