Role Description:
This is an on-site role located in Edmonton, AB, for a Dental Assistant. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for assisting dental hygienists with various tasks, including performing dental care, oral care procedures. The role also includes equipment sterilization, reception, and general dental assisting tasks to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Dental Care, Oral Care, and Prevention Dentistry
- Basic knowledge of airway, myofunctional therapy, periodontics
- Experience with equipment sterilization
- Knowledge of AkituOne
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Relevant certification in dental assisting is required
- Experience in a dental clinic setting is a plus
