Certified Dental Assistant
Description
Our dental office is looking for a caring Certified Dental Assistant (Level 1 or Level 2) to work with us in our dental office.
Our office would love to hire an exceptional, experienced dental assistant who takes pride in their work, and can be a valued member of our dental team.
Dental Assisting Experience in a Canadian Office is a strong asset, (new grads are strongly encouraged to apply as well).
Position Requirements:
- HARP Certification.
- Dental assisting experience is a strong asset.
- Sterilization/Instrument Reprocessing experience is a strong asset.
- Must be able to work some evenings during the week (we are off on all Fridays and Sundays).
- Must be able to work selected Saturdays (2 Saturdays per month).
- Must be familiar with taking impressions and x-rays.
- Must be familiar with assisting/supporting dentists during preventative and restorative procedures.
- Computer knowledge is an asset.
- An independent, dedicated, committed and caring individual.
Our office is looking for a team player, someone who is organized has good communication skills, and is a responsible person.
Most importantly, our office is looking for someone who really enjoys serving patients and is enthusiastic about helping others while providing high-quality personalized care.
