Join a dynamic dental team in Whitehorse, Yukon! We are hiring a Dental Assistant to work across Klondyke Dental and Dandelion Dental, two well-established practices dedicated to providing top-quality patient care. Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm

The wage is $26.00 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

  • Clinical chairside assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation
  • Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour
  • Prepare treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient
  • Thorough understanding of practice health and safety requirements

About You:

  • Ability to communicate in English is required
  • Minimum secondary school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Registered and/or certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association
  • Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
