Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and appropriately implement patient care services
• Provide all preventive clinical hygiene services to patients
• Be an oral health educator by introducing new prevention techniques
• Provide a consistent patient experience during dental hygiene visits
• Establish strong relationships with patients while maintaining ethical professional behavior
• Retain patients by offering a customized experience that meets their expectations
• Demonstrate active listening and empathy toward patients using effective communication techniques

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Hold a dental hygiene diploma or equivalent qualification
• Be registered and/or hold valid authorization from the appropriate dental hygiene regulatory body in your province
• Hold valid CPR certification
• Bilingual (French/English) – ideal
