Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and appropriately implement patient care services
- Provide all preventive clinical hygiene services to patients
- Be an oral health educator by introducing new prevention techniques
- Provide a consistent patient experience during dental hygiene visits
- Establish strong relationships with patients while maintaining ethical professional behavior
- Retain patients by offering a customized experience that meets their expectations
- Demonstrate active listening and empathy toward patients using effective communication techniques
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Hold a dental hygiene diploma or equivalent qualification
- Be registered and/or hold valid authorization from the appropriate dental hygiene regulatory body in your province
- Hold valid CPR certification
- Bilingual (French/English) – ideal
