About The Job

The Clinical Practice Leader is responsible for designing and overseeing pharmaceutical care, including the supervision and coordination of clinical activities among skilled pharmacists, formulating and upholding practice standards, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier care at Royal Inland Hospital. This position is an opportunity to collaborate with local and regional pharmacy leaders, managers, intensivists, respirologists, and nursing leaders, achieving overarching goals and objectives, advancing departmental and regional pharmacy initiatives. This is a Permanent Full Time (1.00) opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.
