About Us: Cedars Dental is a warm, modern Ottawa practice where dental hygienists are valued partners in delivering exceptional, patient-focused care. Led by Dr. Kamil Abou-Kheir, we provide a full range of services, including preventive care, restorative treatments, and Invisalign, all with an emphasis on comfort and quality. We’re a friendly, collaborative team that values the important role our dental hygienists play in building trust, educating patients, and supporting lifelong oral health.

Schedule: Full-time

Monday-Thursday (8:00-5:00)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
  • Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
  • Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
  • Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience is required
  • Clinical background and experience with dental software programs is required
