This position is based out of Dentalcorp's Toronto Support Centre located at 181 Bay St. Mondays to Thursdays and Fridays are work from home. Reporting to the Director, Legal, you will play a vital role in supporting the legal team and the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in a legal or legal adjacent role.
- Candidates with experience using Ironclad or another CLM, an Ontario paralegal (P1) license, or significant experience in legal operations will be prioritized.
- Must be fluently bilingual in French and English.
- Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication and time management skills.
- Early adopter of legal technology who understands the benefits of using artificial intelligence.
- A team player who is comfortable and effective in an environment where there are varied stakeholders asking for support.
- Passion for client service.
- Excellent analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem solver.
- Proven ability to work autonomously with excellent judgment.
