Manager of Clinical Services – Truro, NS

The Manager of Clinical Services is a Physiotherapist accountable for creating a clinic environment that exemplifies CBI Health purpose, values, and client promise. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Manager of Clinical Services is responsible for effectively coaching, mentoring, and engaging clinical and non-clinical team members while building and deepening partnerships in the community and maintaining a clinical caseload. The Manager of Clinical Services leads the clinic in delivering outstanding client experience and consistently leads and executes effective and efficient clinical programs, ensuring successful attainment of clinical excellence and associated business outcomes.

Take a look at what you’ll do each day

  • Foster and support clinic team with engagement in the community of local physicians and funders (WCB, Auto Insurance Adjusters and LTD); developing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders and organizations that refer patients to CBI Health
  • Provide input into clinic business decisions, service delivery models, and developmental opportunities for team members that align with key strategic goals
  • Coach, mentor, develop, and performance manage team members through consistent use of PPD process, ensuring all team members understand their key accountabilities, perform to the expected level, and have access to training and development resources
  • Take an active role in onboarding activities of clinical and non-clinical team members to enhance creating a talent-rich and high-performing team with a focus on excellence in client experience
  • Provide access to care through service provision (clinical) or contribute towards client experience and business initiatives of the clinic or the local area clinics (non-clinical)

Here’s What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • BSc or Msc PT, OT or Kinesiology Degree
  • Registration in good standing with the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists is an asset
  • Experience in a private clinic/rehab setting
  • A results-oriented, adaptable, well-organized approach with the ability to function independently
  • Sound written and verbal communication and multi-tasking skills
