The Opportunity
The Territory Manager – Infection Control Systems - Western Canada will be the expert on the product category in Western Canada. The person will be responsible for the sales of Steritraces in Western Canada. The person will play a pivotal role by providing demos, training, and clinical support to SteriTraces client and to our sales team, on the system workflow, and utilization of the software.
What You Will Do
- Manage Sales in Western Canada
- Train Western Medicom Sales team to become self-sufficient in SteriTraces sales and training
- Coordinate with Customer service of Medicom, clinics, and dealer and Medicom representatives for training needs at clinic locations in Western Canada
- Train Clinics on software usage, workflow of sterilization with a traceability system and advise on proper set up and installation when needed in Western Canada
- Follow up on existing clients and after training to assure customer satisfaction
What you will bring
- 5 + years of experience in the Dental sector
- Collegial degree in a field related (sales, administration, dental, biology, chemistry or another related field)
- Deep understanding of the dental clinic environment
- Experience in sterilization
- Customer-focused
- Communication skills
- Training experience in a dental environment
- Sense of urgency
- Available to travel in Western Canada and sometimes to the head office in Montreal (50% of the time)
