Full-Time Emergency Medicine
Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH) is an acute-care regional hospital which offers a broad range of programs and services in one of Canada's fastest-growing cities. Barrie is located close to beaches, ski hills, and is a family-friendly community located one hour north of Toronto and is the gateway to Cottage Country.
RVH has one of the busiest emergency departments in the province, with over 86,000 visits annually.
We are recruiting Full-Time and Part-Time Emergency Physicians to join our group of 30+ full and part-time Emergency Physicians. We have a very attractive funding model with a blended fee-for-service/guaranteed shift minimums, very flexible shift scheduling, and strong consultant back-up. We require FRCP or CCFP (EM).
Position Summary
Skill Requirements: Successfully completed MD and FRCPC or CCFP (EM)
Availability: Full Time approximately 10, 8-hour shifts per month (more available)
