Covenant Health invites applications for multiple Emergency Medicine physicians to be based at the Misericordia Community Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta.

There are up to 9.5 total FTE (0.5 or 1.0 FTE) in permanent and/or locum positions available. Anticipated start date is July 01, 2026.

This is an outstanding practice opportunity to work on a committed and creative team serving local and outlying communities in the Edmonton zone.

Required:

• MD or equivalent
• Licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta
• Certification in Emergency Medicine with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, or Family Medicine with Emergency
• Expertise and commitment to quality care and patient safety
• Demonstrated commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in the healthcare environment
• Understanding of Just Culture and its role in healthcare
