Job Title: Locum Physician or Surgeon

The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work virtually, providing telemedicine services as part of their role. While on-call duties are optional, the ability to respond to urgent patient needs is highly appreciated. The compensation type for this position is missing key.

As a Locum Physician or Surgeon, you will be expected to provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with our medical team, and contribute to the overall efficiency and safety of our facility. This position requires a strong commitment to both individual patient needs and continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care within the long-term care setting.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments.
• Conduct virtual consultations and follow-ups with patients.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Optional on-call duties for urgent patient needs.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Current license to practice medicine in the state.
• Proven experience as a Physician or Surgeon, preferably in a long-term care setting.
• Proficiency in using telemedicine platforms for virtual consultations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
