Family Physician - Personalized Care - Edmonton

TELUS Health is looking for a family physician to join our dynamic and expanding Personalized Care team in our Edmonton clinic at 10216 124th St.

 Areas of focus: Disease Prevention and Health Promotion.

The focus is on providing personalized care to patients. We offer prevention-focused assessments and ongoing health programs for our patients.

This role is for you if you recognize significance of preventative medicine in a multi-disciplinary setting and looking for a different approach than a typical primary care setting.
