COMMUNITY: Family Medicine (Community / Primary Care) - Synergy Family Care Clinic - Sherwood Park

Job Description:

Synergy Family Care Clinic is a new facility located in the busy Synergy Wellness building in Sherwood Park and is seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join the team. The Clinic will be actively participating in the Medical Home Program and the Sherwood Park- Strathcona County Primary Care Network. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, manage chronic diseases, promote healthy lifestyle, perform minor procedures, and ensure continuity of care. A full-time practice that is generally accepted as engagement in clinical duties five days per week a minimum of 40 hours per week or providing commensurate shifts in keeping with other full-time practice FTEs.

Qualifications:

• Have a current eligibility letter from CPSA
• Must be eligible for a College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) Provisional Register.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Interest in providing comprehensive and coordinated medical care to patients.
