Our clients in Lethbridge and surrounding communities are in dire need of full-time Family Physicians to join our team in providing family practice and walk-in services. Our clinic is open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and 10am - 2pm on Saturdays & Sundays. We are located in the very busy Centre Village Mall on the North of Lethbridge. There are 2 family physicians currently working in the clinic. Our clinic operates patient-centered medical home practice model with excellent administrative support to physicians, and by so doing, helps physicians focus strictly on patient care. The clinic uses an easy to navigate EMR, Medaccess, and offers billing supports.
Qualifications:
- Have a current eligibility letter from CPSA
- CPSA Practice Permit or Current Letter of Eligibility for Practice Readiness Assessment Candidate must hold a Canadian permanent resident or citizen status CFPC certification and/or CPSA Full licensure is/are additional advantage.

- Compensation: Compensation structure is Fee-for-service (FFS). The arrangement is 75/25 flat split on all physician's billings while the clinic is responsible for staffing, banking, overall clinic overhead, and payroll. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $400,000 - $500,000.
