Job Description:
360 Square Medical Clinic is located at 13202-118 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta which serves the local community with a wide range of healthcare services. Our clinic provides Family Practice, Walk in Visits, Chronic Disease Management, Mental Health Assessments, Minor Lacerations, and much more. Our dynamic team consists of 3 Family Physicians, PCN, and support staff who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients of all ages from Newborn to Senior Citizens. The successful candidate will participate in improving health outcomes for patients comprehensive preventative care strategies and will provide the following:
- Comprehensive primary care services to individuals of all ages including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions including diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disorders, mental health, and addiction medicine.
- Perform in-office minor surgeries.
- Preventative Care Measures through ensuring vaccinations and up-to-date regular health screenings.
- Promote healthy lifestyle.
- Provide a proactive approach to address potential emerging health issues.
- Provide after-hours on call.
Qualifications:
As per CPSA's eligibility requirements guidelines, applicants should be eligible for CPSA license and undergo a Practice Readiness Assessment as outlined by the CPSA. Completed TDM Exam is preferred. The applicant will apply for and maintain a community appointment with Alberta Health Services, in the department of Family Medicine.
