Position Summary
A family medicine opportunity new graduates are encouraged to apply! Instant patient load (2 days or more, zero split to start), can receive full support from owner to help you build a full practice, set up walk-in for you if you want that, total flexibility. Position should be attractive to those who have an entrepreneur mindset, want to work in a smaller clinic, those who want to build relationships with his/her patients or aiming to own his/her clinic within the short term.
We are looking for one family physician to join our fully established, solo physician-owned clinic. Our beautiful and brightly lit modern clinic is located at street level with four examination rooms, ample free parking, and a 300 sq ft lunch & break room on the second floor. Other healthcare-related businesses in the plaza include Cardiology, Dermatology, Endoscopy, and Optometry clinics. What We Offer
- Competitive income split (Zero split for the first 4 months for long term stay, the rest to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis, dependent on experience and scope of practice)
- All new patients and referrals will go to the new hire, with the potential to inherit some of the existing physician's patient roster

Requirements
- In good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
- Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to providing comprehensive and quality primary care, with a strong sense of ethical principles
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently within a small healthcare team
- Fluent in English; verbal proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a bonus (but not required) as 30% of our patients' preferred language is Chinese
