Family Physician - Walk In FFS or join our FHG (Guaranteed Income)

MedCare Clinics @ Walmart Milton (Milton Medical Centre) is seeking additional full-time or part-time Family Physicians to provide walk-in clinic shifts/coverage (FFS) or join a FHG team with our existing Family Physicians.

MedCare Clinics shifts are flexible allowing for a great work-life balance. MedCare Clinics extends the hours into the evenings and weekends to accommodate flexible scheduling based on our doctors with no on-call shifts or mandatory hour requirements. MedCare Clinics has multiple physicians within each location, ensuring that patient care is continuous and uninterrupted even when Physicians and/or other team members are on vacation or leave. You will be joining a team of highly skilled and trained medical professionals including medical office assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists and clinical assistants/scribes. MedCare Clinics' supportive office environment includes working alongside Family Doctors, Internists, OB/GYNE and more.

MedCare Clinics features an on-site blood draw lab. All patients are screened and triaged in each room, and all equipment is sanitized in accordance with infection control standards. Staff are trained for immunizations and phlebotomy.

MedCare Clinics has established relationships with various other clinics and physicians in the area for quick and easy referrals to Allergy & Immunology, Dermatology, Pediatrics as well as Diagnostic Imaging.

We are a high-volume busy clinic serving numerous patients throughout the GTA region. We are seeking to expand our team to ensure we can accommodate all the patient needs in our modernized and well-maintained facilities/equipment with easy accessibility for patients and free parking.

Accuro EMR and billing support is provided as well at no additional cost. All Physicians and their families are covered under the MedCare Clinics Health & Dental benefits package.

Very low income split with no additional overhead costs full transparency. Full-time physicians or members of the FHG are guaranteed a monthly minimum salary (income stabilization from MedCare Clinics). Flexibility to work between Milton and Brampton site, if you prefer.
