Commitment: Full-time/part-time/Flexible
Practice Model: FHO/FHT (Taddle Creek FHT)
Business Model:
- Co-managing of the practice
- Partnership/Cost-sharing agreement
When: January 2026
Overhead Costs: Approx 26-30% of gross
Practice Demographic: port over an existing roster of patients or build your own practice from scratch or take over a practice
EMR: Telus PS Suite
On call commitment: one in every three Tuesdays and 3-4 weekends/year (Friday night and Saturday clinics)

- larger FHO is comprised of 18 excellent and dedicated physicians

- access to a pool of locums for hire
