We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Internal Medicine Doctor to join our team, offering expertise and compassion to our diverse patient base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized medical care in diagnosing and managing complex internal medicine conditions.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Collaborate with primary care physicians and other specialists for coordinated care.
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations, including ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and imaging studies.
- Utilize virtual care platforms to expand accessibility for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with provincial regulations.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice medicine in Ontario with active membership in the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
- Certification in Internal Medicine (RCPSC designation preferred).
- Proven experience in managing a wide range of internal medicine cases.
- Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and telemedicine platforms is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to patient-first care.
