Job Title: Massage Therapist

Emma's Famous Clinic, a renowned health and wellness facility, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Massage Therapist to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic massage services to our clients, helping them to relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall wellness. You will work closely with our team of health professionals to develop personalized treatment plans for each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible care. This role requires a strong commitment to client satisfaction and a passion for helping others improve their health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic massage services to clients, using a variety of techniques as appropriate.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for each client, in consultation with other health professionals as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Ensure that all treatment rooms and equipment are kept clean and sanitary, in accordance with clinic policies and health regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, in order to stay current with the latest research and techniques in massage therapy.

Requirements:

• Current license to practice massage therapy in the state.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to stand for long periods of time and perform a variety of massage techniques.

The successful candidate will be expected to work approximately 44 patient hours per week. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
