Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technologist

The Stripe Customer Creation Organization is currently seeking a highly skilled, dedicated, and patient-focused Medical Laboratory Technologist for a permanent position. As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will be an integral part of our team, playing a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing, monitoring, treating and preventing disease. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, maintaining and operating laboratory equipment, and adhering to safety, infection control, and quality control standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex medical laboratory tests for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
• Ensure test-result validity before recording/reporting results, earning the trust of the patient-care team.
• Maintain, calibrate, clean, and test sterility of medical laboratory equipment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control programs.
• Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies and document all quality control activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Current certification as a Medical Technologist.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of laboratory information systems and automated laboratory equipment.
