Description:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team, collaborating on the delivery of holistic, comprehensive care and support to patients/residents and families. The LPN must be able to team lead effectively on their own. The LPN works to the full scope of practice in providing safe, quality care in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the AUPE Auxiliary Nursing Collective Agreement.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Practical Nursing program or recognized equivalent required.
- Active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA) required.
- Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required.
Additional Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of previous experience working in an ambulatory setting.
- Outpatient Connect Care experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Craniofacial reconstruction experience preferred. (Extra-oral impressions, BCA Maintenance, peri abutment tissue evaluation, wound care).
