TEST ORG MIAMI is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be at the forefront of patient care, providing high-quality nursing services to our patients. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Your role will involve assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. You will also be responsible for administering nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. You may advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. • Responsibilities:Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
• Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Requirements:Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
