Spark is an innovative, award-winning, inclusive and equity focused organization that matches diverse clients to the best one to one care in the community. If you have a passion for helping people and wish to collaborate with a group of like-minded individuals who are committed, hardworking and dedicated, we invite you to become part of our network of healthcare providers!
Nurse Practitioner (Future/Network Opportunities)
Spark is seeking clinically strong, driven, and business-minded Nurse Practitioners for providing services across Ontario. Our clients are lovely individuals seeking nurse practitioner support in the form of in-home assessments and follow-ups. After experiences such as acute illness/injury, trauma, complex medical diagnoses, or surgeries, clients are looking for support to help guide their recovery. This may include physical exams, provision of diagnoses, and requisitions for diagnostics as appropriate in an environment in which they may not be readily able to access these supports outside of the hospital setting. You would be the ideal candidate to work with us if you are passionate about helping people, are reliable, love working in a team, are registered as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with the College of Nurses of Ontario, and have experience working with individuals in the community.
