Join our health services team at a leading community college in Ontario. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner who will play a critical role in enhancing student health through comprehensive, collaborative care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality primary care services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Prescribe medication and interpret laboratory results.
- Collaborate with faculty and external health providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Lead health promotion and disease prevention initiatives on campus.
- Maintain detailed and confidential health records.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of clinical experience, preferably in a primary care, emergency, or educational setting.
- Recent relevant experience in assessing clients with complex medical needs is required.
- Experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of relevant Nurse Practitioner practices is required.
- Experience in the development of strategies to build capacity and improve health outcomes is required.
- Experience in the development of clinical guidelines and protocols, promoting the use of research and evidence-based practice to guide patient-centered care is required.
- Master’s degree in Nursing and registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in the Extended Class.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in electronic health records.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $48.00 – $65.00 Per hour depending on experience
