Family Nurse Practitioner - Virtual (British Columbia)

As a TELUS Health MyCare Family Nurse Practitioner you will:

• Provide video-based primary care consultations for patients with both episodic and longer-term needs
• Practice to full scope by assessing, diagnosing, and treating episodic and chronic conditions while supporting patients through their healthcare journey
• Review laboratory and imaging results to ensure appropriate patient follow-up
• Work with Medical Directors and physicians to support clinical quality and governance
• Support patients with complex needs

Optional: For those interested in combining virtual and in-person care, part-time hours are available in clinics in Vancouver and Victoria for patients triaged to clinic from our episodic virtual service.

What do you need to apply?

• Registered with the BCCNP with a background in family/primary care
• 2+ years of experience in primary care preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with mobile technology (video calling) or willing to learn
• Commitment of a minimum of 6 hours per week

Salary: $90.00-$100.00 per hour
