Description
The Northern Health Region is currently seeking a 0.5 FTE (full time equivalent) Pediatrician to practice in a multidisciplinary environment in Thompson, Manitoba at the Thompson General Hospital.
The Northern Health Region is geographically the largest of the five Regional Health Authorities in the province of Manitoba and has a population of 72,000 people spread over 396,000 km², resulting in a population density of 0.18 persons per km².
Mining, hydro-electric development, forestry, commercial fishing, trapping, transportation and tourism are the major industries in the Region.
