Location: Waterdown, Ontario | Position Type: Permanent | Full-Time or Part-Time

EPICare Medical is a modern, technology-forward clinic located in the vibrant and growing community of Waterdown, just minutes from Hamilton and Burlington. We are currently seeking a Pediatrician to join our collaborative care team and provide high-quality outpatient care to infants, children, and adolescents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based pediatric care from birth through adolescence.
• Conduct well-child visits, immunizations, and developmental assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with families.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and collaborate with referring providers.
• Participate in ongoing learning and clinical quality initiatives.

Requirements:

• Certification in Pediatrics by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC), or equivalent.
• Active registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to family-centered care.
• Interest in leveraging digital tools to streamline care delivery.

Compensation & Overhead:

• Fee-for-service billing through OHIP.
• Competitive overhead split inclusive of full administrative and clinical support.
