We are the largest outpatient pediatric urgent care organization in Canada, founded and led by pediatricians with a mission to provide a high-quality, accessible, and convenient alternative to the emergency department for Newborns, Infants, children and young adults.

Our clinics operate similarly to an emergency department- Fast Track but in a private practice setting, offering nearby X-ray, lab services, and specialty consultations (e.g., Child Psychiatry, Cardiology, Asthma Clinic, Allergy, Dieticians & more) as needed. We have a strong reputation in the community, maintaining excellent relationships with both patients and primary care providers.

With flexible scheduling (no overnight shifts!).

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat acute pediatric illnesses and injuries, including febrile infants, ENT infections, abdominal pain, anaphylaxis, respiratory distress, croup, and asthma.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as Rapid Strept Test, Urine analysis and ear wax removal.
• General fast track Pediatric consultations from GPs/Family Physicians (like Abdominal pain, Asthma, Rash).
• Oversee patient flow and clinic operations, ensuring seamless care delivery.
• Work collaboratively with staff, nurses, and other providers, ensuring efficient urgent care operations.
• Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and patient confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications:

• Urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred.
• Royal College of Physicians of Canada Certification or Eligibility
• Strong clinical decision-making, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) (eCW experience preferred).
• Passion for pediatric healthcare and commitment to exceptional patient care.
