We are looking for a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our Team and provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Individualized patient medication therapy
- Counselling on medication therapy (prescription and OTC)
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses and other health care providers to develop and discuss therapeutic plans
- Checking prescriptions for accuracy
- Ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and Provincial laws, rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharm-D
- In good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
- Injection, methadone/OAT certified
- Ability to achieve results with a strong sense of urgency and a "can-do" attitude
- Computer proficiency
- Detailed oriented, self motivated, team player and positive attitude
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Salary: $42.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Experience: Pharmacist: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification: College Of Pharmacists Of BC License (required)
Ability to Commute: Surrey, BC (preferred)
