They are skilled in a range of modern pharmacy practices, including the ability to prescribe medications, conduct thorough medication reviews, adapt prescriptions to better suit patient needs, and provide essential vaccination services. This comprehensive approach ensures that each patient receives personalized and effective care.

We are looking for a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our Team and provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Individualized patient medication therapy
  • Counselling on medication therapy (prescription and OTC)
  • Collaborating with physicians, nurses and other health care providers to develop and discuss therapeutic plans
  • Checking prescriptions for accuracy
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and Provincial laws, rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharm-D
  • In good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
  • Injection, methadone/OAT certified
  • Ability to achieve results with a strong sense of urgency and a "can-do" attitude
  • Computer proficiency
  • Detailed oriented, self motivated, team player and positive attitude
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $42.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

Experience: Pharmacist: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification: College Of Pharmacists Of BC License (required)

Ability to Commute: Surrey, BC (preferred)

Work Location: In person
