CareRx is looking for a Clinical Consultant Pharmacist to join our Regina team. The Clinical Consultant Pharmacist is responsible for maintaining continuity of care for clientele through collaboration between onsite physicians, nursing staff, and other health providers at long-term care, supportive living, and other congregate living communities. The Clinical Consultant Pharmacist is responsible for completing clinical pharmacy activities in alignment with federal and provincial standards and regulations.

Role Accountabilities
- Act as a liaison between personal care homes and CareRx Pharmacy to ensure optimal Resident care, Pharmacy Services, and Clinical support.
- Build and maintain relationships within the community to ensure ongoing collaboration and communication between home/community leadership teams and pharmacy teams to develop/maintain strong partnerships.
- Complete medication reviews in currently serviced personal care homes serviced by CareRx Pharmacy.
- Complete all required documentation and billing processes as required by Government of Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals, and other federal and provincial standards and regulations.
What You Will Bring To The Team
- Insured and licensed in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals.
- Advanced Method Certification required for administering injections.
- Previous retail pharmacy experience.
- Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with other members of the health care team.

Compensation Range: Actual pay rate will be based on the individual candidate’s credentials and experience.
Location: Location will primarily be LTC homes and retirement communities in the Regina/Saskatchewan and surrounding area.
Opportunity: This is a current existing position.
