Job Overview:
We are looking for a certified and detail-oriented Remote Pharmacy Technician to assist with virtual pharmacy operations in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting pharmacists, processing prescriptions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process prescription orders and verify patient information
- Communicate with patients regarding refills, order status, and basic inquiries
- Coordinate with pharmacies, providers, and insurance companies as needed
- Maintain updated patient records in pharmacy systems
- Comply with federal and state pharmacy regulations and confidentiality standards
Qualifications:
- Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required
- Minimum 1–2 years of pharmacy or telepharmacy experience
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and EHR systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States
