In this role you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing primary care.
The Chase Community Health Centre offers a five bed emergency department and delivers a variety of services in one location. This is your opportunity to practice a broad spectrum of medicine in a community setting. The centre offers the following services:
- Laboratory
- X-ray
- Registered Nursing care
- On-site counselors
- On-site Home and Community Care
- Public Health
- Respiratory Therapist
- Diabetic Nurse
- Dietitian
