Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist located in Coquitlam, BC. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients with a variety of physical challenges. Daily tasks include patient consultations, developing tailored treatment strategies, performing therapeutic exercises, and using various techniques to promote mobility and pain relief. Collaboration with other health professionals within the interdisciplinary team is essential to ensure the highest quality of care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC)
- Experience in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
- Strong abilities in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working within an interdisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with advancements in physiotherapy
- Experience and interest in sports therapy or working with athletes is a plus
