What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 care using your clinical reasoning, expertise, and judgment
• Build personalized action plans to help clients get back to doing what they love and keep doing it, longer.
• Engage with referral sources and grow your caseload with support from our team.
• Participate in mentorship, education, and ongoing learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with your Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to map out your growth path.

Who You Are:

• A Registered Physiotherapist (or license-eligible) in BC.
• A clear communicator who brings warmth, empathy, and professionalism to every visit.
• A natural team player who wants to grow, give and receive feedback, and support your peers.
• You care about your clients and your team, and it shows.
• You thrive on autonomy but value being part of something bigger.
• You have a reliable vehicle (and you’ll love how much flexibility comes with the job).
