Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Physiotherapist located in Victoria, BC. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating physical ailments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing education to patients on injury management and preventive care. Daily tasks also include collaborating with other health practitioners, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring a high standard of care.
Qualifications
- Experience in physical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Skills in developing individualized treatment plans and providing patient education
- Proficiency in maintaining patient records and collaborating with other health practitioners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Registered Physiotherapist with relevant certifications according to provincial regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in pelvic floor physiotherapy or clinical pilates and/or other specialized therapeutic practices is a plus
