Role Description
This is a contract role for a Physiotherapist in Victoria, BC. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment programs that aim to restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain in patients. Daily tasks include patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, administering manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, and collaborating with other health care professionals. This role is on-site and requires a commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and manual therapy techniques
- Proficiency in therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedication to continuous professional development and staying updated with current practices
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of British Columbia
- Experience in clinical Pilates and or pelvic physiotherapy is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
