Registered Physiotherapist – North York

We are looking for 1 - 2 Registered/ Resident physiotherapists to join our team for an outpatient clinic in North York

A modern, multi-disciplinary practice seeks 1-2 part-time physiotherapists to join our professional team. With large volumes of patient bookings, an executive admin team, and a strong team of assistants, you will excel in your delivery of great patient care. Our services include physiotherapy for chronic and acute MSK conditions, RMT, Manual Osteopath, and GP & Family Medicine.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess patient's physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Establish treatment goals with clients based on physical diagnosis
• Provide physiotherapy interventions to patients, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and electrotherapy
• Monitor and evaluate patient's progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their conditions and preventing further injury
• Communicate with referring physicians and other health care professionals regarding clients needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Must be able to use EMR and MS Office

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to apply it in practice
• Administer and collect outcome measurement information
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Engage in continuous learning and skills development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

COMPENSATION:

• Salary: $45- $65 per hour
• Job Type: Part-time
• Expected Hours: 20-30 hrs/week

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

• License from the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (required)
• Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario & EHC industry
• Professional Liability Insurance

Salary: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
