As a Bilingual Physiotherapist, you will assess and determine patient care needs and eligibility, provide access and referrals to community services, and engage with patients, caregivers, and other health care practitioners.

What will you do?
- The Physiotherapist plans, organizes, and directs diverse programs of treatment, counseling, screening, and education for ONTARIO HEALTH ATHOME Champlain Patients in a variety of settings (in homes and retirement homes).
Primary Responsibilities
- Provides physiotherapy services to ONTARIO HEALTH ATHOME Champlain patients through initial assessment, identification of problems, establishment of goals and treatment plans, implementation of physio treatment, follow-up, and management of the patient’s condition.
What must you have?
- Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy and current certificate of registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

- Knowledge of health care system and the role of the ONTARIO HEALTH ATHOME Champlain within the system
Skills And Abilities
- Effective planning and organizing skills to manage multiple patients, provide information reports, and take corrective action as required
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 4:30pm (35hrs/week)
