Great North Physiotherapy (GNP) delivers high-quality, one-on-one care in the heart of beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our services include physiotherapy, sports physio, pelvic health, massage therapy, concussion and vestibular care, and custom bracing. We’re more than just a clinic - we’re a hub for sport, health, and community.
We are looking for a passionate, client-focused Physiotherapist to join our team and help our clients and athletes stay healthy, active, and performing at their best.
OUR PHYSIOTHERAPY TEAM ENJOYS:
- 1-hour assessments and 30-minute follow-ups (no double bookings)
- One-on-one sessions in private treatment rooms
- A collaborative, specialized team environment
- A primarily private-pay clientele with occasional MVA and WSIB cases
YOUR ROLE:
- Complete thorough injury and condition assessments, set treatment goals, and adapt plans as needed.
- Provide hands-on care with a focus on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities.
- Educate clients and athletes on injury prevention and performance optimization.
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
- Contribute to clinic content through blog writing and social media collaboration.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Graduate of an accredited physiotherapy program.
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Indemnity/professional liability insurance.
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Excellent communication skills and rapport-building abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Gmail/Google Suite, and Jane App.
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- A drive for excellence—never settling for “good enough.”
- A true team player who exemplifies our culture and drive.
- Full-time availability (30 - 40 hours per week).
BONUS POINT FOR:
- Previous clinical experience.
- Specializations in sports physiotherapy, concussion management, vestibular therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, or bracing.
- An interest in mentorship (either giving and/or receiving).
- A passion for ongoing professional development.
- Willingness to volunteer or participate in local community events.
