Physiotherapist - Part Time Salaried

This is a part time, salaried employee position. Evening and weekend availability is desired. The position is complete with all the benefits of being an employee - guaranteed base salary, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid stat days and coverage under EI. The salary is competitive, PLUS yearly bonus rewards based on performance.

For day-to-day supports, we have a rocking admin team that makes our daily schedules flow seamlessly, and many other systems in place to streamline your time treating patients:

  • Full front desk support, including phone and online booking, automated patient reminders, and direct billing for the convenience of our patients
  • Easy to use Jane practice management software that lets you access your schedule and enter charting anywhere with internet access
  • A robust Health & Safety Plan, including PPE and disinfectants provided by the clinic and HEPA-grade air purifiers in every treatment room
  • A committed team of physiotherapists, RMTs, and chiropractors to collaborate on the care of your patients

Your Role:

  • Provide hands-on, patient-centered care. These are largely orthopedic cases, over a wide range of patient demographics and conditions
  • Collaborate and comanage patients with our practitioners - massage therapists, chiropractors, and pelvic floor physiotherapists
  • Complete patient notes, reports, forms, and documents as required for patient care
  • Participate in team learning and events

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Licensed physiotherapist in Ontario
  • New grads or experienced practitioners are welcome!
  • Multidisciplinary experience is a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills are desired
  • Interest in or training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy is an asset, but not a requirement
  • Interest or training in concussion treatment is an asset, but not a requirement
  • Availability some evening and weekend hours is required
