What you'll be doing:

At ASK Physiothérapie, you’ll be doing more than just treating patients—you’ll be actively shaping their recovery journey and contributing to a collaborative, innovative team. Your role will include:

  • Leading Comprehensive Assessments - Evaluate a wide variety of pelvic health conditions with a holistic and patient-centered approach.
  • Creating and Prescribing Tailored Plans of Care - Design full, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect each patient’s goals, progress, and unique needs.
  • Progressing Patients to Discharge - Guide patients through every stage of care with confidence, ensuring they graduate from treatment with clarity and success.
  • Applying Strong Clinical Reasoning - Use your critical thinking to assess, adjust, and refine treatment based on evolving clinical presentations.
  • Tracking Outcomes for Growth - Leverage tools to monitor patient outcomes and support your own ongoing professional development.
  • Working Hands-On and Thinking Creatively
    • Use an orthopedic approach to address spine, pelvic, and lower limb mechanics contributing to pelvic floor symptoms.
    • Apply pain science to help patients navigate persistent pelvic or abdominal pain.
    • Use myofascial techniques to address soft tissue imbalances.
    • Customize your approach to meet each patient’s unique needs—no cookie-cutter treatments here!
  • Collaborating as Part of a Team
    • Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues.
    • Ask for support when needed and offer it in return.
    • Cross-refer within the team to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
    • Participate in idea creation and internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Valid Physiotherapy License with l'Ordre Professionnel de la Physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ)
Level 1 pelvic floor certification - Urinary incontinence (minimum)
