Prosthodontist

Central New England Dental Associates is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Prosthodontist with at least a year of experience in a practice setting to join our established practice in Auburn, Massachusetts. This is a unique position in which the right doctor will receive autonomy and encouragement to provide exceptional comprehensive care in a multi-specialty, patient-focused environment.

Our ideal candidates are experienced doctors who prefer to practice in high-end, mostly fee-for-service offices. We're especially interested in doctors who may want to become equity partners with us and share in the profits, but without the hassles of office management. We prefer doctors who are excellent communicators and can build strong relationships with both patients and co-workers.

Our practice is characterized by a dental team that:

Compensation: Our doctors receive 40% of their respective collections, while the office pays 60% of lab fees from your preferred lab. Guaranteed daily rate for the first 90 days; Up to 6-weeks time-off.

Office Profile

• Facility: Six Operatories, Separate Consult Room, Stand-Alone Building
• Staffing: 2 Doctors, 2 Hygienists, 3 Dental Assistants, 2 Office Staff + Office Manager
• History: Practice has been in Continual Operation for 25 Years
• Insurances: Typically in-network with only 2-3 Insurances, no public programs, low adjustments
• Technology: Digital scanners, CT Scanners, LANAP
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time (doctors typically see only 8-12 patients/day)
• Ownership: Owned by a non-corporate, doctor-led, dental partnership

Qualifications

• Dental degree from an accredited institution, with appropriate specialization
• Proven experience and expertise with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred

Salary: $300,000 - $400,000 per year
