Position Overview
We are looking for someone who would be interested in working some days as a receptionist and some days in the back as a chairside assistant. As a Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our clinic, responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our patients—from the moment they walk through the door to the completion of their dental care. As a Chairside Assistant you would be responsible for cleaning and setting up operatories, sterilization and helping the dentist with procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar efficiently.
- Explain treatment plans and financial options to patients clearly and compassionately.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly.
- Process insurance claims and verify coverage.
- Bring patients to the operatories in the back for treatment.
- Clean and set up operatories before and after treatment.
- Suction and hand instruments during procedures.
- Sterilization of dental instruments.
- Coordinate with dental team members to ensure optimal patient care.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in dental software.
- A genuine interest in helping patients achieve their best smiles.
Schedule
Fulltime position / 8-hour shifts.
- Mon, Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Tuesday, Thursday 10:00 am -7:00 pm.
- Saturday 9 am - 5:00 pm.
- Wednesday, and Sunday off days.
