Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, excels at organizing and implementing office systems, and plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our practice.

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week
5 days a week
Temporary contract initially
Qualifications:
- Dental Administration Program or Certificate – Required
- 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Administrator or Administrative Assistant – Preferred
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Tracker) – An asset
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Previous experience is beneficial but not mandatory
